The seven-unit structure is designed to reflect the nice scale of the neighborhood, preserve existing trees, and use the City building code in more creative ways when it comes to setbacks, overhangs, and an overall density of detail on the façade. The first floor is clad in stone and creates a strong masonry base with the upper floors being broken into smaller components varying across the facade for an adequate differentiation between dwelling units.
